Terms of Service
These Terms govern the use of DescribeMyProduct, a professional service for the volume generation and optimization of product descriptions.
1. Service Description
DescribeMyProduct allows for the generation or optimization of product descriptions based on data provided by the user (Excel or CSV file).
Each order undergoes structured processing including human verification before delivery to guarantee the compliance of the deliverable.
The deliverable consists of a structured file compatible with Shopify and/or WooCommerce.
2. Order and Payment
Payment is made online via the secure Stripe platform.
Each order corresponds to a single service, with no subscription or recurring commitment.
3. Delivery Times
Delivery occurs within 24 hours after payment validation.
In case of exceptional volume or unforeseen technical constraints, additional time may be required. The customer will be informed.
The final file is transmitted via email and/or a secure download link.
4. No Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with legal provisions regarding digital services and personalized content, services executed before the end of the legal withdrawal period are not eligible for a right of withdrawal.
By validating their order, the user acknowledges that the execution of the service begins immediately after payment and expressly waives their right of withdrawal.
5. Compliance Guarantee
DescribeMyProduct guarantees the technical compliance of the deliverable:
- Number of products processed matches the order
- Stated fields are present (SEO title, meta description, product description)
- Structure compatible with Shopify / WooCommerce import standards
In the event of proven technical non-compliance, a full refund may be issued within 7 days following delivery.
The guarantee does not cover editorial or stylistic preferences, or the commercial performance of the generated content.
6. Liability
The user remains solely responsible for:
- the accuracy of the data provided,
- the commercial use of the generated content,
- the regulatory compliance of their products.
DescribeMyProduct cannot be held liable for SEO or commercial performance resulting from the use of the generated content.
7. User-provided Data
The user guarantees they hold the necessary rights to the transmitted data.
Files are used exclusively for processing the order.
